• Sumangla Devi Hem Raj Bhalla Charitable Scholarship: 5 scholarships of Rs. 8,000 each are given to the students of the Science stream on a merit-cum-means basis. From the five scholarships, minimum of two scholarships must be awarded to female students.
• Help The Blind Foundation Scholarship: A Sponsorship amount of Rs. 10,000 each is provided to Physically Handicapped students as part of this Hansraj College Scholarship.
• PMSSS J & K Scholarship: Sponsorship for Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh Students only. Students are selected by AICTE through interviews and Students shortlisted are admitted to the college.
• National Scholarship: National Scholarship offers various Scholarships to students from all categories. Scholarships are provided by Central Government, Various State Governments, and UGC/AICTE.

 The college holds semester-end exams for both the even and odd semesters. Exams are held twice a year at the college.  The examination for all odd semesters is held in November-December, whereas the examination for all even semesters is held in May-June. The result of the odd semester examination is normally announced in January, whereas the result of the even semester examination is usually announced in July-August. The CUET PG Result has been released on 20, 2023. The CUET UG was announced on July 10, 2023. Students can access their results by visiting the official website cuet.samarth.ac.in. The CUET UG results are used to determine admission to UG programmes at this institution. Students must appear in the exam and pass it. Hansraj College is part of Delhi University.
